Does insurance cover my therapy?
We do not process insurance however we do provide the necessary treatment codes, diagnostic codes, practitioner license number and business id number for patients to submit for reimbursement.  We are happy to provide treatment documentation if required and with patient consent.

Do I need to tell my doctor?
It is your decision to tell your doctor that you are receiving therapy.  All our practitioners are experienced with collaborating and supporting your conventional medical treatments.

Will treatment hurt?
No treatment should hurt. People often ask about pain experienced when inserting acupuncture needles.  Occasionally you will feel a slight pinch with the insertion of a needle.  This sensation should quickly subside.

How many treatments will I need?
This depends on the severity of your condition, your healing process and lifestyle.  Upon review of your health history, your practitioner can make a recommended schedule of treatment.

Are your therapists licensed?
All our practitioners are Virginia licensed and have fulfilled the educational requirements to work in their field.
